Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location offering stunning views of the lake and a perfect base for exploring. The rooms are spacious with great facilities, but noise can be an issue at night. The dining experience is mixed, with good vegetarian options but some staff could be more welcoming. Overall, a gem for relaxation and sun enjoyment.
The hotel room didn't work well for us and was very noisy during the nights. While the rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy as advertised, they were smaller than expected for a family. The balcony and terrace were missing, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was quite lovely overall. The rooms were new, well-designed, and offered a partial sea view, though they were a bit cozy and unfortunately infested with ants. The service was exceptional with hardworking and friendly staff, despite being a bit busy at times. The location was stunning, right on the lake, and very convenient for exploring the area. The dining options were good with plenty of choices available. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and space in the rooms.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although not up to the standard I expected for a 4-star hotel, offered a stunning view of the lake from a little balcony. Unfortunately, the early morning noise from the side road where supplies arrived at 6 am was quite disruptive.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and fully equipped rooms, although the decor felt outdated. The service was overall good, with some language barriers but friendly staff. The central location was a major plus for exploring the area, but some interactions with staff were less than ideal.
The hotel has a stunning view of the lake, even though the room wasn't exactly as depicted in the pictures. Having coffee and tea making facilities in the room was convenient. The service was a mix of ill-trained and rude interactions but balanced with efficient and accommodating staff. The location is the standout feature, being in the heart of Sirmione. The dining experience, though with arrogant staff, offered exquisite dishes.
